3 Methods to Boost We encourage the LGBTQ+ Neighborhood
June is Pride Month, and it will be a time to observe the LGBTQ+ community. And while there's a great deal to observe (yay union equality! ) ) We also have much more work to perform. As we close out satisfaction, I wish to have some time and reflect on a few of the things we as eating disorder professionals--and as helping professionals generally--might be doing to support the LGBTQ+ community. Here are my three, that can be only a drop in the bucket of what we are advancing on.

 Many people say you never get accustomed to public speaking, others say that you can lose the fear of speaking in person.  Good work is often rewarded with more work.  Your heart must be inside.  Strategic planning is required to know exactly where you're headed and the outcomes you're after.  Workplaces should have adequate room and equipment for safety and to help clients be more comfortable.  Managers or supervisors can become leaders within their own organisation.  Don't feel bad for yourself and remain positive when you're faced with adversary or problems.  Some people say you never get accustomed to people speaking, others say that you can lose the fear of speaking in person.

 Do not make your employees solve just the bad problems or problems, by giving them great opportunities they will become more motivated.  Your office is a place where people come everyday. Make it enjoyable.  Your employees might need to become more accountable.  Interviewing yourself is a good way to know how you've developed your skills over time.  Improve your own personal communication and enjoy the opportunity of future promotions at work as a result.
